1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using interTabs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

interTabs is a browser extension and web application that helps users organize and manage their browser tabs using artificial intelligence. The Service includes features such as tab organization, session management, and AI-powered tab suggestions.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

The Service offers both free and premium subscription plans. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe.

4.1 Subscription Terms

  • Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service.
  • Use the Service to transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
  • Use the Service to collect or harvest any information about other users.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by interfinity Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with and uses third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Auth0: For user authentication and account management.
  • Stripe: For payment processing.
  • OpenAI: For AI-powered tab organization features.

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, interfinity Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
